Gems of the Past Discover the rich history of the Tennessee Overhill Region! Join us for the Gems of the Past: Overhill Histories Lecture Series, featuring Mark Stephenson presenting on the Declaration of Independence. This featured lecture will examine the history and meaning of the Declaration of Independence. The program will be held at the Gem Theater, 700 Tennessee Avenue, Etowah, TN.
