Participants will prepare beef tenderloin medallions, learning essential skills for handling and cooking premium cuts of meat. This class highlights techniques such as proper searing, temperature control, sauce-building with portabella mushrooms, and preparing a perfectly balanced rice pilaf. The finished dish is enjoyed together with a complimentary glass of wine, making for a relaxed and rewarding evening.
