In this chef-led, hands-on class, students will learn to prepare a vibrant gazpacho, celebrating fresh ingredients and balanced flavors inspired by our award-winning cookbook, MariThyme Treasures. Participants will explore techniques such as proper knife skills for fresh produce, flavor layering, seasoning seafood, and crafting house-made croutons for the perfect finishing touch. The dish is paired with seasoned shrimp and enjoyed on site with a complimentary glass of wine. Held in the Texas Maritime Museum Education Room, this intimate class offers plenty of personal instruction. Class size is limited and expected to fill quickly.
