Kat’s powerhouse voice, often likened to iconic greats like Koko Taylor and Tina Turner, is a force to be reckoned with. The Miami-born singer’s live performances, filled with high-energy soul shakers and heart-rending ballads, leave audiences feeling personally moved. While influenced by those icons, Mrs. Riggins has a voice and delivery all her own. Full of power, rasp and grit she can belt out one of her contemporary blues originals one minute, then deliver a tender, sultry standard the next. She does this all while making each person in her audience feel as if she is speaking directly to them. Blues Revivals are interactive and personal no matter how large the crowd. The green squares/circles on the floor plan are bar-height tables, and the orange squares are regular-height tables. Most of our seats are sold as “Tables for Two” – meaning the ticket admits TWO people. We have a limited number of single seats available, and single attendees may be sharing a table with other single attendees. Multiple tickets purchased under the same name will automatically be seated together (up to 6 people). Requesting a specific table is a perk reserved for our VIP Patron members.
