Sky’s Out Thighs Out, or rather known as SOTO is the seasonal band that's exactly what it sounds like: sunshine-soaked songs, good vibes, and a whole bunch of leg. Featuring Max Minardi, Ben Ruttenberg (of The Sun Followers), Gavin Fitzgerald, Rob Delgardo, and Webster Moore, Sky's Out, Thighs Out is slowly becoming a Chico summer tradition. From Glen Campbell's Southern Nights to Sheryl Crow's Soak Up the Sun, every song in the set is handpicked and rearranged to capture the spirit of summer.
