Workshops @ The Bass | Syntropy: Learning To See Is The First Step with Juan Pablo Bohorquez

Sunday, Nov 15 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm In tandem with the museum’s featured exhibition by artist Yuko Mohri, Syntropy: Learning To See Is The First Step is an immersive workshop on November 15th that uniquely pairs live model figure drawing with still life compositions. The session connects Mohri’s focus on how everyday objects interact with the concept of syntropy—the idea of turning random, scattered pieces of life into a meaningful, orderly connection. Participants can expect a mindful, beginner-friendly practice that sharpens their visual awareness, showing how learning to see deeply allows us to bring the world around us into beautiful creative alignment and connection. Workshops @ The Bass are created for adults ages 21+ at any skill level. All materials are provided.
