About this event
One of 1,905 upcoming events at The Center on Rosser.
What to Expect Low Impact: Perfect for those looking to stay active without the stress of high-impact jumping or running. No Partner Needed: One of the best parts of line dancing—you get the social experience of a group without needing to bring a partner. Brain & Body Workout: Line dancing is famous for helping with cognitive health because it requires you to memorize patterns and coordinate them with the rhythm. A Few Quick Tips Footwear: Wear shoes that allow you to glide or pivot slightly. Sneakers with too much “grip” can sometimes be tough on the knees during turns. Hydration: Even though it’s low impact, you’ll be moving for an hour—bring a water bottle! Location: The Center on Rosser (1280 E Rosser St, Ste B, Prescott, AZ). Cost: $10 per person. Instructor: Beth Raber, who is an award-winning line dance teacher known for making the steps accessible to everyone.
