Stoneware Casserole Dish: Handbuilding Workshop

Create something beautiful and useful for the fall season! In this hands-on stoneware handbuilding workshop, you’ll make your own small casserole dish, perfect for baking and serving all your favorite comfort foods. Our instructor will guide you step by step through the process, making this class approachable even if you’re new to clay. You’ll have lots of textures, stamps, and tools to choose from, plus plenty of options for adding your own embellishments and details. Make it simple and classic or add your own personality to create a piece that is truly yours. We’ll be using durable stoneware clay, so this isn’t just a decorative piece. Once it has been glazed and fired, your finished casserole dish will be food-safe and durable enough to use in the oven. A $10 instructional fee reserves your spot. The finished casserole dish is $50 and will be paid for at the workshop. Your project price includes the clay, glazing, and firing.
