November 28, 2026 @ 3:00 PM - November 28, 2026 @ 5:00 PM https://mdcdropshop.com/products/cyog Saturdays at Matchbook By appointment only Step inside the distillery for an intimate, hands-on session with the minds behind the bottles. You’ll sip cocktails, learn how to properly nose and taste spirits, and get a crash course in the wild science of distilling. Then it’s your turn: blend your own one-of-a-kind gin using our library of botanicals — earthy, spicy, citrusy, floral — whatever speaks to you. Each guest walks away with a full-size 750ml bottle of their own custom blend, crafted with intention and ready to enjoy at home. It’s part education, part experiment, all flavor. Come curious. Cost is $100.00 per seat, 10 seats available Saturday classes at 1:00pm and 3:00pm
