From The Common Good
Night Light is an immersive audiovisual work built from an immense archive of footage, presented as an elegant, dreamlike cinematic experience with a live, improvised musical score. It sits between an experimental film screening and a live concert. Because the score is improvised, no two performances are the same; the music reacts to the room and the footage in real-time, making each night a unique, unrepeatable event.
