About the Facilitator Billy Pinkerton is a sound practitioner, breathwork guide, and yoga teacher with a background in business and personal transformation. Before working in wellness, he owned and operated an insurance business, an experience that eventually led him to explore the root causes of stress, and how we can regulate our mind and body in the modern world. His journey into yoga, breathwork, and sound began as a personal practice rather than a career path. Years later, this work has evolved into guiding others through sound journeys that support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and inner exploration. Billy spent several years living and traveling in a van across the U.S., deepening his relationship with nature, simplicity, and presence. Today, his sound work blends grounded life experience with resonant instruments such as gongs, handpan, and didgeridoo, creating immersive experiences that invite people to slow down and reconnect. Sound Journey with Billy Pinkerton This sound journey is an invitation to slow down, listen, and rest. Using gongs, handpan, and didgeridoo, Billy creates a deep, immersive sound environment that people often describe as unlike anything they’ve heard before. The instruments are played in a way that emphasizes lower tones and rich resonance, allowing sound to be felt not just through the ears, but throughout the body. From a scientific perspective, sound and vibration can help calm the nervous system by encouraging slower brainwave states associated with relaxation and creativity. The sustained tones and rhythms can support mental clarity, reduce stress, and create a sense of grounding and ease. During the experience, instruments are sometimes played close to the body so participants can directly feel the vibrations. This physical resonance can deepen relaxation and support a stronger connection to the present moment. This journey can be deeply restful, and it can also open space for insight, imagination, and inner exploration. There is nothing you need to do or achieve — simply lie down, listen, and allow the sound to work. This offering is well suited for anyone seeking rest, nervous system regulation, or a quiet space to reconnect with themselves. What to Expect A guided sound journey using gongs, handpan, didgeridoo, and other instruments Deep, resonant tones you will hear and physically feel Instruments played close to the body to experience vibration A mix of deep relaxation and space for creative or personal insight A calm, supportive environment with no prior experience required Time to rest, reset, and explore inward at your own pace What to Bring A yoga mat or blanket to lie down comfortably Optional pillow and eye covering for relaxation Warm layers, the body often cools during deep rest An open mind and willingness to slow down Click here to buy tickets Peace Dome activities help us reconnect to the land by sharing experiences that create reverence to the thousands of years old history of interconnectedness. By coming together as a community, we are able to reflect on our relationship to this planet and this farm in order to help better steward it with a deep sense of peace. This work is just one of the ways in which we help envision a future of meaningful investment in our food, our neighbors, our children, and of course, this magical farm.

Keep exploring
