Come Together at The Edison. Join us for one of our favorite traditions of the year as we welcome family and friends for Thanksgiving Day. The Edison will be open on Thanksgiving, serving a special holiday dining experience featuring a chef-curated Thanksgiving menu, seasonal favorites, handcrafted desserts, and our full-service bar. Reservations open 60 days before Thanksgiving through Resy. To keep the reservation process fair for everyone, we do not accept reservations or waitlists before the booking window opens.
