Kids Yoga

Kids Yoga is back at Ground Floor! Little Yogis ages 5-10 are invited to cultivate balance, strength, coordination, confidence, self awareness, and ease through a fun class including a variety of yoga activities and games. Preregistration strongly recommended. Be sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before class time to get settled. When booking for the first time, please use PARENT’S name and valid contact info. Then, please email [email protected] with your child’s name and DOB. We will add them to your account as a dependent, and in the future you will have the option to use their name to sign up.
