The Perfect Story The Perfect Story is an original pop theater show that blends fairytale fantasy with commentary on artistic ambition, burnout, and the politics of representation in art. Set in a magical Library where the world’s only book each year is written, the piece follows a young Apprentice determined to write the perfect story and prove herself. She must contend with the Writer, who controls all published stories; the Librarian, who enforces the system; and the Guardian, a loyal keeper of the Library with dreams of changing its broken rules.
