Alan Munde & Mason Ridge, comprised of a cadre of seasoned, blue blood bluegrass pickers and singers, perform center-cut bluegrass that comes from a mature collective approach to the music they love. Alan Munde is a renowned banjo player with a long list of recording and performance accomplishments, including Jimmy Martin, The Flying Burrito Brothers, and The Country Gazette. He is a member of the American Banjo Hall of Fame, International Bluegrass Music Association Hall of Fame, and the 2021 winner of the Steve Martin Banjo Prize. Claud Crum provides rock-solid rhythm guitar in the band and contributes his own distinct and imaginative approach to flat-picking. His knowledge of the guitar and experience with other musical genres comes through in each solo he plays. Claud and his wife Kathryn live near New Bloomfield, MO.
