TICKETS COMING SOON Michael Jonas is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Eureka, MO. Michael Jonas Band (MJB) is Jonas on mandolin and vocals, Dustin Greer on guitar and vocals, Ian Walsh on fiddle and Will Miskall on bass and vocals. Michael Jonas Band members have been playing bluegrass music together off and on for nearly two decades in various bands including Lazy Joe, Local Gents and the original Wayward Mountaineers which Michael founded in 2009. During that era, the band quickly became a fan favorite, winning The Riverfront Times (RFT) Best Bluegrass Band in St. Louis for 2010. Soon after, Michael moved to Colorado, holding a full schedule playing mandolin with several regional bands. He returned to MO in 2015 and reformed the Wayward Mountaineers as a family trio with his wife Jill and son Wyatt. Soon after he formed the Michael Jonas Band. The band focuses on playing original music and songs written by Jonas. Michael’s songwriting is energetically rooted in a blend of folk and bluegrass with tight vocal harmonies that deliver honest lyrics capturing moments of love, loss, connection and hope.
