French Pastry Workshop: Éclairs

Discover the art of French pâtisserie in this hands-on workshop dedicated to one of France’s most iconic pastries: Éclairs. Guided by pastry chef BethAnne Moskov, participants will learn the essential techniques behind making éclairs from scratch, from preparing and piping pâte à choux to creating a smooth pastry cream filling and finishing each éclair with a rich chocolate glaze. The workshop will be taught in English, and each participant will receive a bilingual recipe in French and English to take home. Please bring your own apron.
