French Pastry Workshop: Tarte Tatin

Discover the art of French pâtisserie in this hands-on workshop dedicated to one of France’s most iconic desserts: Tarte Tatin. Guided by pastry chef BethAnne Moskov, participants will learn how to prepare this classic upside-down apple tart from scratch, from preparing and caramelizing the apples to assembling and baking the tart for a beautifully golden finish. Working in small groups, you’ll gain practical pastry skills and learn the techniques behind the rich caramelized flavor and elegant presentation that make Tarte Tatin such a timeless French favorite. Whether you’re an experienced home baker or trying French pastry for the first time, all levels are welcome. The workshop will be taught in English, and each participant will receive a bilingual recipe in French and English to take home.
