Natural Dye Workshop

This is a hands-on natural dyeing workshop where you will learn to extract color from plants, flowers, bark, and seeds to dye textiles with your own hands. No prior experience is required. No complicated formulas—just experimentation. By the end of this workshop, you will take home: Trays of yarn dyed in various plant-based shades; a fabric scarf dyed by you personally; a recipe notebook; and the ability to replicate the process at home using plants found in your own environment. 4 sessions per week: Tuesdays, July 7, 14, 21, and 28 5:00–8:00 PM Free of charge – Materials included The Front Arte y Cultura, 147 W San Ysidro Blvd. RSVP with: elizabethb@casafamiliar.org
