Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments that can lead you into a deep state of meditative relaxation. Let the vibrations wash away your stress and tension, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. ~Spaces are limited- reserve yours today!~ Mats will be provided, but you may use your own if you prefer. If you bring your own, place it atop of one of the mats that are arranged throughout the room. Bring any items to deepen your comfort level.
