A mix of singer-songwriter classics across Americana, country, and blues, plus original songs by Tim, Matt, and Greg. The band is fronted by Tim Haufe, a singer songwriter from Poughkeepsie. He recently released an EP that he recorded at a studio in Peekskill. Local teacher (at Hen Hud) Dan Burke is The Conversation’s drummer. Bassist Matt Raymond from Highland NY spent time performing for the Chris O'Leary band and has also shared the stage with Levon Helm. Guitarist Greg Gumpel spent many years living and performing in Memphis, before moving to Westchester. Check out Tim’s latest EP
