Free Yoga provided by The Greening of Detroit! Join us at Lafayette Green Gardens for our summer yoga series! Bring your yoga mat and yogi attitude and enjoy an hour long practice in the beautiful garden. Yoga instruction provided by Melanie Herron. The yoga class is free and open to the public, and we will be accepting donations to cover the yoga instructor and support The Greening of Detroit's mission. Hatha Vinyasa: A soulful blend of steady Hatha and gentle Vinyasa flow, linking breath with mindful movement. We move through standing, seated, and floor poses with time to arrive, breathe, and reconnect.
