Movement in The Garden Series: Zumba

Free Zumba Provided by The Greening of Detroit! Join us at Lafayette Green Gardens for our summer movement series! Bring your yoga mat and enjoy an hour long practice in the beautiful garden. Workout instruction provided by Jaharah Muhammad. The class is free and open to the public, and we will be accepting donations to cover the yoga instructor and support The Greening of Detroit's mission. Zumba: This total workout regimen combines all elements of fitness, including cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility.
