Enjoy a rejuvenating pilates class in our pollinator garden. Connect breath, body and mind during this hour long class. After class, each participant receives a refreshing glass of California Pomegranate Honey Hibiscus Cooler or a sparkling mead beverage. All ages and abilities welcome. Bring your yoga mat, water and wear comfortable clothes. If the weather is too cool or too hot, we’ll practice indoors, among the honey drums. In collaboration with locally-owned Club Pilates Gibson Plaza, this class will be taught by Kristy Weston.
