Enjoy the beauty of the land, the shifting of the season and the crisp air. Give yourself the time to slow down and be guided through a series of sensory invitations. A locally foraged tea will be served. Duncan received his Nature & Forest Therapy Guide Certification in 2015 through the Association of Nature & Forest Therapy Guides and Programs. He began his practice in New York City’s Central Park before returning to Vermont, where he now facilitates forest bathing walks as well as health and wellness coaching walks across the state as Nature Connection Guide. He also serves as a natural areas stewardship coordinator at the Intervale Center, caring for the land in collaboration with the community.
