About the Class: Meditate More than a meditation class, this is a weekly invitation to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself. Through guided meditation, meaningful reflection and insights rooted in Eastern meditation traditions, you’ll cultivate greater presence, inner clarity, and a steadier nervous system that supports you long after the session ends. About the Instructor: Chandresh Bhardwaj Chandresh Bhardwaj is a seventh-generation meditation teacher, author, spiritual advisor, and host of The Leela Show Podcast. Blending Tantra, meditation, psychology, and ancient wisdom, his work helps people dissolve unconscious patterns, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and live with greater presence and authenticity.
