Wellness isn’t a destination. It’s a practice. It’s found in the rituals we return to each day. LIVE WELL is a daily wellness residency by Ayres Nouveau, created exclusively for the LINE LA. Bringing together an inspiring collective of practitioners, guides and artists, the program offers experiences in movement, meditation, sound, and breath that nurture both personal well-being and collective connection. Complimentary and open to all hotel guests by reservation, it’s a place to return to yourself, one practice at a time. LIVE WELL invites you into daily rituals rooted in the spirit of Los Angeles. About the Class: Strong Pilates A full-body practice focused on Pilates-inspired movement and strength training. This energizing class leaves you feeling strong, balanced and more connected to your body. About the Instructor: Amanda Butler Amanda Butler holds a B.S. in Health Science and is a certified strength and Pilates coach with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. She’s worked with leading brands including Nike, Adidas, Athleta, Barry’s, Fabletics, Amazon Halo, and POPSUGAR as both an instructor and on-camera fitness expert. Location: Studio 6A at the LINE LA PLEASE NOTE: This experience is reserved for the LINE LA hotel guests as part of our wellness amenity program. Spots are limited; RSVP required in advance.
