The turkey is handled. Just bring your people. This Thanksgiving, Openaire is serving a pre-fixe three-course meal built around the season. Start with something light like a Burrata and Delicata Squash Salad or Kabocha Ravioli in sage brown butter. Then choose a main: herb roasted turkey with mushroom apple stuffing and pomegranate gravy, dry aged prime rib, or slow roasted king salmon. Sides like whipped potatoes, baked yams, and szechwan brussel sprouts arrive for the table, and of course, apple and pumpkin pie close out the night. Price: $95 per person. $45 for kids 10 and under.
