About this event
Enjoy the ancient Chinese, mind-body practice of Qigong, meaning “mastery of your life-force energy.” Qigong, a simpler form of Tai Chi, combines gentle movements that mimic nature, self-applied massage, breathwork, and meditation with the goal of improving and maintaining physical and emotional health. This self-care practice has been found to relieve stress and anxiety, calm the mind, and may help reduce pain, improve mobility, balance, posture, strength, immunity and sleep. To register for this class, email Jamie: greene01238@gmail.com This program takes place beside the French Flower Garden or at the Dell behind the Stable. Check in with the Ticket booth to confirm the location for each class. Wear comfortable shoes or bring a mat and practice barefoot.
