Woodland Magic Terrarium Workshop with Eileen Bos Friday, May 1  |  11am – 4pm REGISTER HERE In this class we will be hand sculpting with 2 different types of clay! For our mushrooms, we will first create a foil mushroom base, and then use Polymer Clay to build the mushroom onto the foil. These will be created first & baked to cure as we work on other components, then hand painted with Acrylic paint. For our snails, we will use “Flower Clay” which is an air dry clay that- once dry- remains permanently flexible! We will use real shells to adorn our cute little snail bodies. Faux flowers, ferns, moss & real dried butterflies will also be available to incorporate into your scene if you wish! Each terrarium will be equipped with USB compatible LED fairy lights, so that you’ll go home with an extra special night light that adds a touch of Magic to your home! Eileen Bos is a multimedia sculpture artist from NY, with nearly 40 years of self-taught art experience. She began drawing at the age of 3 and sculpting at age 4. She has competed in The Nickle City cake Challenge, was featured on the cover of Buffalo Magazine, won several tablescape awards at Bride’s World Events, showcased in an ad in NYC’s Times Square, and much more! Along with art, Eileen has a deep love of Quantum Sciences & Metaphysics and is working on developing art classes that fuse hands-on arts with Metaphysical principles to help people learn, heal & grow in exciting, multifaceted ways.
