After an initial record release, the project expanded to a quintet in 2025. This show celebrates the release of a new recording, Pyrography II, on May 29th. The quintet includes some of the most in-demand improvising musicians in Chicago, with James Davis on trumpet, Michael Hudson-Casanova on alto sax, Ben Dillinger on bass, and Gustavo Cortiñas on drums.
