StArt: Yayoi Kusama

Come for a story, stay for the art! Join us for story time and an art project about famous artists. Each session will center around a different artist, and participants will get to create and take home a project in that artist's style. On September 27th, come hear a story and create a piece of art based on Yayoi Kusama, a Japanese contemporary artist who worked primarily in sculpture and installation, and was also active in painting, performance, video art, fashion, poetry, fiction, and other arts. Participation is free and open to all (while seating lasts)!
