From The Portland Yoga Project

Saturday, September 19 from 2pm-4pm with Liz Merci at PYP DOWNTOWN Join Liz for an Awakening Yoga class! The Full Solar Sequence is a 90-minute vinyasa class that guides practitioners through breath work, sun salutations, deep stretches, foundational and functional asanas. All levels of yoga practitioners will enjoy this extended yoga class offering. Optional hands on support will be provided. Opportunity for inversions and arm balances will be available. A long meditation completes the class experience. Before we explore the breath and movement, we'll begin with a conversation to contextualize this "modern yoga" style of vinyasa. The Awakening Yoga practice is built on the foundation of ritual asana with a focus on functional movement and individualized alignment. $25 or FREE for Auto-Renew Members All workshops/events are non-refundable/transferrable.
