Garrison Keillor and Erica Rhodes @ Glazer Hall

Hear legendary author, humorist, and radio icon Garrison Keillor, joined by acclaimed comedian and niece Erica Rhodes at GLAZER HALL for an evening of storytelling, humor, and heartfelt entertainment. For more than four decades, Keillor captivated audiences as the creator and host of the beloved public radio phenomenon A Prairie Home Companion. Through his memorable storytelling and the fictional town of Lake Wobegon—where “all the children are above average”—he built a unique connection with millions of listeners. Since the show’s conclusion in 2016, Keillor has continued to delight audiences through bestselling books, a popular Substack column, his daily Writer’s Almanac podcast and newsletter, and a thriving stand-up comedy career that proves great storytelling only gets better with age. Joining Keillor is the brilliantly funny Erica Rhodes who started her career as the youngest regular on A Prairie Home Companion, appearing on the show since age 10—Keillor is married to Rhodes’ aunt. Erica Rhodes frequently acted in the show’s comedic radio sketches—often portraying Garrison Keillor’s sensible niece—before building a successful career as an actress and stand-up comedian. Rhodes, one of comedy’s most distinctive voices, has appeared on America’s Got Talent, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Modern Family, Veep, New Girl, and Bring the Funny. A veteran of major comedy festivals including Just for Laughs, Netflix Is A Joke, Moontower Comedy Festival, and San Francisco Sketchfest, she has earned praise for her sharp observations, charming stage presence, and relatable humor. Expect a delightful family reunion and uplifting night at GLAZER HALL filled with laughter, memorable stories, insightful observations, and the warmth that has made both performers audience favorites.
