Portside Pilates at The Sailing Museum Move, stretch and recharge with waterfront Pilates at The Sailing Museum. Join us this summer for Portside Pilates, a six-week series of mat Pilates classes led by Jen Raby of Flow Pilates Newport. Set against the backdrop of Newport Harbor, classes will take place outside on the museum’s Elwell Deck, with indoor accommodations available in the event of inclement weather. Remember your sunscreen and hat! Dates: Mondays, June 22 – July 27 Time: 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM Designed for participants ages 14 and older, these all-levels mat Pilates sessions focus on strength, mobility, balance and core stability. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or trying Pilates for the first time, you’ll enjoy a welcoming environment and stunning waterfront setting. Space is limited!
