Green Tomato Harvest & Collection

Green Tomato Harvest: In this volunteer session, we’ll be harvesting most of our green tomatoes to process into sauces for sale. We typically make green curry, salsa verde, and a green enchilada sauce for our holiday sale (Oct. 24th). We’ll be picking green tomatoes and taking donations of them, washing and sorting them, and then cutting a lot of them up to store until we process them. Join us! Last year we had hundreds of pounds of tomatoes to do, so we can use the help.
