Quadratones (*Free Saturday afternoon show)

The Quadratones will debut at the Siren this Saturday for an afternoon of music performed by some of the Central Coast’s finest musicians: Ted Waterhouse, Guitars & Vocals ; Phil Wimer, Guitar & Vocals; David Block, Bass & Vocals; Kevin McCracken, Harmonica & Vocals; and drummer Wes Starr. They have an eclectic set of great covers and originals covering a variety of genres: blues, rockabilly, soul, jazz, swing, and good ole rock n roll. The Siren is a popular venue to hang out, enjoy music, bust some moves on the spacious dance floor, and indulge in great food and libation. The QuadraTones deliver a show that’s all about Big Sound and Good Time Music. Slide guitarist Ted Waterhouse leads the group with Dave Block on bass & vocals, Phil Wimer on guitar & vocals Ace Harmonicat Kevin McCracken on harp and vocals and drummer Extraordinaire Wes Starr (formerly of Asleep at the Wheel, Delbert McClinton, Marcia Ball etc. and now with Mark Hummel and the Golden State Lone Star Blues Review) driving the quintet. These five veteran musicians have been working together this last year, knocking out the Central Coast with a great bunch of tasty originals and an eclectic selection of Roots Rock, Jump Blues, R&B and Rockabilly covers, all delivered in their own inimitable and very danceable style.
