In 2025, he was crowned the Magic Castle Strolling Showdown Champion, and returned the following year to place 2nd among 24 top magicians, solidifying his reputation as one of the premier close-up performers in the country. Performing more than 150 events each year, his performances combine sleight-of-hand, mind-reading, and comedy to create unforgettable moments where the magic happens in the hands of the audience. Michael Nguyen is a magician known for his captivating visual magic that appeals to all audiences. A classically trained, award-winning performer, he is a graduate of the Chavez Studio of Magic, specializing in prestidigitation and dexterity.
