River Roundup

The River Roundup is a volunteer event where people collect aquatic insects from streams to help assess the health of the watershed. At each stream/river site, search through stones, sediment, leaves etc. to find aquatic bugs. Only volunteers who are trained will enter the water to collect samples. Others will help with observation, collection, etc. It’s both educational and outdoorsy, designed for all ages.
