Holiday Series #4: Champagne Laurent Perrier; a winery focus

Our second Thursday tasting features a winery focus, the beautiful bubbles of Champagne Laurent-Perrier. In past years we have done a holiday sparkling tasting, and this year we are amping it up to feature 5 pours from one of our favourite maisons: Laurent-Perrier. Elegance abounds tonight.
