Dinner will be served with green salad topped and homemade herbed balsamic vinaigrette. The recipes are unfussy, the food is elegant and the results are stunning! BYOB Beer and Wine, 21+ The class includes 2 hours of guided instruction and hands-on cooking, followed by 30 minutes of tasting and informal discussion. No prior cooking experience is required. Participants will leave with recipes, technique notes, and the confidence to make fresh pasta and piccata comfortably at home.
