In this interactive session, you’ll mix and knead pasta dough, learn how to recognize proper texture, and use traditional tools and pasta rollers to shape classic fettuccine. Our professional chef instructor(s) will guide you through each step of the process, sharing practical tips on flour selection, handling, and finishing fresh pasta with a simple, well-balanced sauce. The class is designed to be engaging and approachable, with time for questions and hands-on practice throughout. The class concludes with time to sit down together and enjoy what you’ve made, served alongside a fresh salad, in a relaxed, social setting. Water, sodas and seltzers provided.
