cheese tasting with will for vermont cheese week!

in the spirit of vermont cheese week, we will be hosting a special cheese tasting with will featuring 3 different vermont-made beverages paired with five vermont cheeses within a 50mi radius. we will gather around the long farm table in the parlor to explore the nuances of simple yet memorable food and drink accompaniments. you will come away with a better understanding of the subtle art behind building a beautifully balanced cheese board and drink pairing for your next gathering. each attendee will also receive 10% off their meal at the restaurant if they wish to eat afterwards, please make a separate reservation.
