Beginner Sushi Making Class with The Sushi Class

The experience begins with a live chef-led introduction, where we go over the materials, tools, and fresh ingredients you’ll be using. You’ll learn the basics of sushi rice, seaweed, fillings, and rolling techniques so you feel confident before getting started. Next, our chef performs a live demonstration of a classic California roll, breaking down each step with helpful tips and a little humor along the way. After the demonstration, it’s your turn. Guests roll at their own pace while enjoying the atmosphere, beer, and good company. Our chef remains available throughout the experience to offer guidance, answer questions, and make sure everyone is having fun.
