From Treasury Cider
Join us on the Treasury Cider Porch as we celebrate the latest bottling of Treasury Cider, Cydonia, our small-batch cider made from Fishkill Farms’ 2025 quince harvest. With aromas of ripe yellow quince and rich tropical and floral notes, this special release captures the unique character of this fragrant fruit. Enjoy a complimentary tasting pour of Cydonia alongside a grazing board featuring Spanish cheeses, chorizo, olives, and quince paste. Available while supplies last! Live Music | 4–6 PM Enjoy the sounds of flamenco guitarist Ted Horan as you sip, snack, and celebrate with us.
