This Christmas Eve, Troutbeck presents an abbreviated seasonal à la carte menu, with dishes to delight poultry and meat lovers and vegetarians alike. In the spirit of the Feast of the Seven Fishes, we’ll also feature special seafood preparations, listed below. Please note that hotel guests arrving from 2 to 6pm on Christmas Eve will receive hot chocolate and cookies.
