Hops and Homes Trivia Night

Join Texans Credit Union for a homebuying-themed trivia night at TUPPS Brewery on April 9, 7–9pm. Hosted by WFAA Channel 8’s Jason Wheeler, with prizes, drinks, and a $1,500 loan credit opportunity.   Thinking about buying a home? One (1) person from each of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams will be eligible to receive a one-time mortgage loan fee discount of up to $1,500 toward eligible fees when they apply for and close a qualifying new mortgage with Texans Credit Union by 12/31/2026. Additional prizes will be awarded as follows: 1st Place Team: One (1) $100 gift card for each person on your team (up to 4 people) 2nd Place Team: One (1) $50 gift card per person on your team (up to 4 people) 3rd Place Team: One (1) $25 gift card per person on your team (up to 4 people) The $1,500 loan fee discount (i) is available to only one person from the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place team winners, (ii) is not cash, has no cash value, and is not transferable, (iii) may only be applied to eligible new mortgage loan-related admin fees at the time of closing, (iv) cannot exceed $1,500 and will not result in a refund or credit if total eligible fees are less than $1,500, (v) may not be applied to existing loans, prior balances, or non-mortgage loan products. Limit one loan discount per person, per household. If the selected person from the team winners does not apply for and consummate a new qualifying mortgage loan by 12/31/2026, the $1,500 loan fee discount is forfeited. The $1,500 discount will be applied as a lender credit toward eligible admin fees at closing and will be reflected on the Closing Disclosure, as applicable.
