Class meets Mondays | 5-6pm Learn to move in response to music and other auditory cues! These classes offer students the ability to use movement to create art. Through dance and other movements, students express themselves freely in a safe, non-judgmental space and feel refreshed in mind and body. Our instructor is certified and trained in IMPROVment®. Register HERE. Artist: Melissa Pihos Ages 18+ COST: FREE, but please register in advance. No dress code is necessary, come dressed comfortably.
