Nature at Night – Experience Tyler Arboretum after hours through a series of family-friendly summer evenings filled with wildlife encounters, outdoor adventures, guided experiences, and memorable moments in nature after dark. ______ Meet the bats! Discover the nighttime world of bats during an unforgettable summer evening at Tyler Arboretum. Meet live ambassador bats, learn how these incredible mammals navigate and hunt in the dark, and explore the important role they play in healthy ecosystems. You’ll also discover how Pennsylvania Bat Conservation & Rehabilitation works to protect and care for bats throughout our region. After the presentation, head outside for a special bat release at dusk (weather permitting) and watch these nighttime fliers take to the sky. About the presenter: Pennsylvania Bat Conservation & Rehabilitation is a non-profit organization that rehabilitates injured bats and provides public outreach on the important roles bats play in our ecosystems. _______ FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN AGES 6+ PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
