We’ve all been there: a holiday gathering featuring some delicious dishes people put heart and soul into preparing, AND dishes brought by others who put less effort and thought into the meal. Regardless of the setup for your holiday feasts, we can show you how to drink well, and how to elevate the featured dishes with amazing pairings. Learn the principles behind great food and wine pairings with a delicious tasting of wines picked for these seasonal ingredients, and apply what you learn just in time.
